I went from all-you-can-eat mentaiko to COSTCO and then to FIT-EASY. The reason I joined was because... I could play a simulation⛳️golf🏌️♀️, a new type of virtual⛳️golf🏌️♀️, an oxygen room with an oxygen water dispenser and protein dispenser, a sauna🧖♀️, self-beauty treatments💆🏼♀️, and even a tanning machine and a 24-hour virtual fitness studio🏌️♀️🧘♀️💆🏼♀️🧖♀️🥤👍🏻✨ ① We've installed the highest-end equipment from Nautilus! ② For cardio, we've installed the top-of-the-line model from STAR TRA! (The honeycomb-structured cushioning on the running surface is gentle on the knees.) ③ We've installed dumbbells up to 54kg! ④ We've installed three power racks and one Smith machine! ⑤ We've installed 15 cardio machines! ⑥ Total number of machines: 42! ⑦ Introducing the ever-popular hack squat! ⑧ 7 plate-loaded machines installed!

This gym is great and I always enjoy training there. However, I used to go to Fit Easy in Chita, where towels were already provided for wiping down each training machine. This means there's no need to grab a towel at the reception entrance every time, you can just use the towel on the machine and wipe it with alcohol. It's very convenient and makes training time more efficient. Other than that, it's a great gym, and I'd be very happy if they could implement a system similar to the Chita branch.
I recently joined after hearing they offer hack squats. The weights on the cable lat pulldown and seated row machines are hard to see. There's also only one Smith machine. However, they have dumbbells up to 54kg, three power racks, and a good selection of free weights, but only one EZ bar. So, to sum up, while I personally think the equipment is great and well-stocked, I also feel like something's missing.
The golf course, which only has one booth, is too crowded. It's only open at midnight and early morning, both on weekdays and holidays. The mats quickly wear out due to the large number of users. The sensors are also slow. It's not worth the investment. It's reaching its limit. The gym space is good. The staff who are always there are friendly and create a good atmosphere.
Sunday: open 24 hours. It is closed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Hours come from the gym's Google listing and can change on public holidays.
