Innovative concept that I wanted to test for a while and I am not disappointed. Thomas and his team of coaches are all very nice and know how to motivate us. Always attentive to customers we feel pampered in this place. And in view of the exhaustion felt after only 20 minutes, and the stiffness of the days that follow, it is effective! The place is super clean and well decorated. When it comes to COvid prevention, everything is really thought out to be safe, which is highly appreciated. In short, I highly recommend giving it a try!
