I really like the clothes at Twenti, but I'm quite disappointed with the staff's attitude. Almost every time I've been there, I've been ignored; as soon as I opened the door, I didn't even want to look at anything further. The most recent time, I needed size advice, but the female staff member didn't respond. Instead, she glared at me, answered curtly, and when I asked again, she ignored me completely, even though I was the only customer. She was blatantly contemptuous. The clothes are still beautiful, but with this kind of attitude, I definitely won't be coming back.
The products are okay, however, the pills are terrible. Going into the shop feels like going to a deserted place; the staff are very indifferent in answering questions.
