Mission: Fitness, Waukee

Mission Fitness has kicked started a completely different lifestyle for me. I was able to get in shape quickly and enjoyed every minute of it...which has led to a renewed passion for fitness! I LOVE the group classes, even though I've been someone who always preferred to work out at home alone. The energy of the group class is exciting and motivates me. Everyone is so kind yet gives you your space - which I appreciate. Coach B ensures it's a safe & supportive environment. I also love that the classes are always different and you never know what to expect - I need that to keep me guessing! :p Mission Fitness has become like a second home - I'm so grateful. Coach B and her coaches will make you feel welcome, and they'll encourage & support you! :D

Update - everything posted earlier is still accurate. Great place to work out! Great people! Flexible workout times! I have been coming to Mission Fitness for over four years and love it. There are a lot of flexible workout time options which are great for anyone with a hectic schedule. Very friendly atmosphere and always a different workout. Berniece is a great coach and great to work with!

I absolutely LOVE mission fitness! Everyone is so friendly and there's every shape, size, and athletic ability here. Not only do we show up to workout, but we also play softball together, run races, and hang out with our families outside of the gym. This is such a great group of happy, energetic, supportive people!

Such a great place to work out! The workouts are challenging and enjoyable and produce results! The people are even better than the workouts! Everyone made me feel like part of their gym family from my first week trial! You won't regret joining Mission: Fitness!

I have been a regular at Mission Fitness for almost four years. I really enjoy the variety of workouts and challenge each day brings. The exercises can be modified to fit your fitness level. The coaches are very encouraging and willing to help you with nutrition as well as your fitness goals. I love coming daily to get a great workout!
