Pilates by Gozde - Gym in Zug, Switzerland

I joined Absolut Balance in 2017. I started with Mat Classes but when I became pregnant switched to private lessons with Gözde. I really like training with her! She is kind, always encouraging and if needed „mean"☺. She listens well and addresses individual needs on a high level. During and after my pregnancy Pilates with Gözde helped me to prevent low back pain and to recover very fast.

I worke out with Gözde since many years and tried out a lot of different pilates workouts in Zug before. She is the best pilates teacher in town and provides workouts for every different situation in life (pregnancy, after pregnancy, normal and very tough workouts). Besides her high quality of workouts, she is a really lovely person with a lot of humor, charm and very open minded. I can highly recommend her.
