Really bad experience, service level = 0 . Company is not responding to any emails or phone calls to deliver an invoice for a business client and on site the door man speaks no English and is unable to liaise to his management.
Rude manager. He started communication with threats! We complained about the dirt in the apartment, instead he started threatening to throw us out into the street. Highly not recommended!
If you want your bed sheet dirty with mud you can stay here. I called them to discuss the situation, asking nicely about what can be done in this case. The 'manager' started screaming at me that I will stay and sleep in the dirty bed for the price I paid or he will come and kick me out. Price is 1188pln for 3 nights. It's 250 $, which is not cheap. You can't dream about luxury for this money, but you want a basic clean apartment. Manager didn't introduce himself. Needless to say I was scarred to stay there so I left immediately. Now they don't want to return my money, and Booking is useless. Please don't book this place. They speak RUDE to women, they have no respect to the client and that is not how the things should be done in business.
