Today was my first day. The instructors were very friendly and helpful during registration, while I was learning about the equipment, etc. The atmosphere was also calm, probably because it was morning. On the first day, they also took my measurements and gave me a nutrition plan (by the way, the changing rooms are very good, but you have to bring your own lock). My siblings had gone before, and I signed up because of their positive feedback. I'll make up for the difference here in three months 🦾💆♀️
The most ideal fitness center in the Yakacık area. It's a neighborhood gym, but the atmosphere is spacious and clean. I've been going for two years and I'm happy with it. The variety of machines, the quality of the staff, etc., are all very good.
Hello, I found them while looking for a place in my neighborhood because I was tired of the distance and crowds of corporate gyms. It's run by a couple who are both fitness instructors. EQUIPMENT: I can say they are well-equipped. CROWDING: Even at their busiest, it doesn't bother me. (I can go around 9 PM on Mondays) The people (customers + owners) are friendly, so you feel like you're working together. CLEANLINESS: It's very clean and well-ventilated. DISTANCE: What I've learned while exercising is that a gym should be close to home, work, or school. If distance isn't a problem for you, I recommend it. ATTENTION: They do their best to provide support. Words can't express how helpful they are. I recommend you try it.
Despite being located in a residential area, it has a wide variety of exercise equipment. The owners are friendly and the instructors are helpful in every way. Furthermore, the people who come to exercise are respectful of each other.
I just started and I'm very happy. The instructors' attention and the importance given to cleanliness are fantastic. It's a gym where women can come very comfortably. It's the most decent gym you can go to in this area.
