Been going here for a few years now. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The consistent upgrades to the equipment over the years really show how committed they are to the gym. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!
Having trained here now for a year with Niall I can honestly say it's the most helpful , friendly and welcoming gym. Also extremely clean and modern with great equipment and spotless shower facilities.
Such a refreshing atmosphere - clean, sleek, and beautifully designed. The showers and individual changing rooms are immaculate. When you have been in all the other gyms in the area, Sona Gym is premium in every sense.
Staff are warm, welcoming and super supportive. Equipment is top notch too! Andre really knows his stuff in this department. He has a great attention to detail that a seasoned trainer will notice and appreciate, and he has invested that knowledge into this gym. If you're stepping into a gym for the first time, I encourage all reading this review, to make Sona gym that step! Upbeat, uplifting, encouraging, fun and for your mental and physical health, the best money you will spend, in the best gym there is in Armagh!
Excellent place to work out. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, with a great selection of modern equipment. The staff is friendly and approachable, always ready to help with any questions or guidance. The atmosphere is positive and motivating, making it a great environment for anyone, whether you're a beginner or experienced. The locker rooms are spacious and tidy, adding to the overall experience. It's a fantastic gym that makes working out enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend it!
