I recommend the Nilu Studio and especially Nina as a yoga teacher. She is a lovely woman with a lot of heart and great empathy and a lot of knowledge about yoga and life. She always takes time for open questions and concerns. She is interested in the human and your being and supports you in your process. Just beautiful. Thank you for that.
