I recommend the Nilu Studio and especially Nina as a yoga teacher. She is a lovely woman with a lot of heart and great empathy and a lot of knowledge about yoga and life. She always takes time for open questions and concerns. She is interested in the human and your being and supports you in your process. Just beautiful. Thank you for that.

Highly recommend Nina as a great yoga teacher! With her joyful smile, big heart and her knowledge of kundalini and yoga philosophy, she is THE person to be your Yoga teacher! Nina is a very experienced and special teacher, that make you WANT to learn more in yoga. In her cozy studio NiLU you can get rid of stress, find your balance, relax and enjoy a cup of homemade Chai-Tea.
