I have been in this shala once as a drop-in during my travel through Italy. That was a great experience! The shala is located on a nice calm place in the city. The Mysore class was goong very well since i felt how much experience and feeling for my indivudual process the teacher had. Thank you very much and who knows...till the next time ;)

It was a pleasure to join one of their morning led Ashtanga classes. Very professional and at the same time beginner friendly, and the teacher speak anglish very well so no problem even if the class is meant to be in Italian they will make sure you've got the instructions right ;) The frequent class schedule and ability to easily book through their website is really helpful. Thank you for being so open and inviting for travelling students from all around the globe! I hope to see you again during my next trip to Milan ;) (And for anyone confused on how to get there: ring the bell at the front gate, then go through to the backyard and then turn left! Do not go up the stairs like I did 😅)
I practiced here while visiting Milan for a few days from Minnesota. After a stressful day the day before, practicing with Iacopo and Pinnuccia was the perfect way to settle into my Italy travels. I don't think they know how much of an impact they had on me - even if it was only for a couple of hours. I appreciate their grace and kindness. I wish I could stay longer to practice there again.
