This is a fantastic place to work out. From the coaches to the other members, the atmosphere is very welcoming and always very positive. Knowing that there's always a good energy at the gym makes actually going regularly an easy decision. The coaches here are awesome, they really know their stuff. I've lifted for a while and developed a load of bad techniques and imbalances; they were never anything other than patient with me and helped me improve. The facilities are top notch; well maintained equipment and the best changing/toilet facilites that I've seen in a crossfit gym.
went for one class and was really good! what I needed to start the day. Other gyms and crossfit around have policies that do not allow for 1 time class, and they did! thanks for that❤️
