This gym may be small, but it has everything I need for my workouts. Most clients have their own private trainers, which creates a focused and personalized environment. One of the best things about this place is the sense of community - we all get along really well! The owners make it even more special by offering us Cuban coffee every day. I'm truly happy to be part of this gym family!"

This gym is amazing. Very family oriented gym. The owner is very down to earth and willing to help in what is needed. It's that old school gym with a good feel to it. I left LA Fitness and came here and it was the best decision ever. Machines are clean, location is great and overall I'm super happy. No crazy sign up fees. I can't wait to go everyday.
