Gold's Gym

All I can say is Hoist Rules. Congrats to Gold's for upgrading to the most scientifically advanced weight training system. I lift harder and longer without the excruciating pain in my joints on this playground equipment. Hoist makes lifting fun here at Bandera ,where you have an unobstructed view of gorgeous Texas blue skies through the 40 foot floor to ceiling windows. Vastly different from your low ceiling fluorescent tube flickering dungeon. You can grunt and sweat it out in this refreshing bright Gold's. Well Done

I only came once in the morning because Golds off Gilbeau sauna was out of order... Old lady at the front didn't lend me a towel unless I sign up for additional "towel services" lol yeah...i was out of there asap. Got the workout in and bailed. Glad my Golds doesn't try to nickel and dime you over here

The sanitation stations are never filled, equipment cables always broken, even on the new machines, and for bench stains are missing barbells, what's the point of a bench press then?! Get it together gold's! Bandera trails by home Depot is awesome tho

This management of this place is terrible. Called almost a year ago now to cancel my membership. Never did... call again .. still never canceled it .. has to go in and sign papers and STILL NO... I am still getting charged... corporate does not return calls. Manager there obviously did not do something right. There is obviously a lack of training and communication with the staff. I finally go in today to resolve this AGIAN, and still no answer ? I will continue until I get this fixed . Shame on gold gym for treating a “ valued customer “ like this. Maybe this will get someone’s attention and MAYBE I can finally get this taken care of . Ps thanks gold gym for taking over $1000 from me after I have “ canceled “ my membership .
