I went for information in reference to the gym and personal training. Matt was pleasant and provided me information but the personal trainers on the other hand have no business ethic. They don't even bother to return a call or text. Have some common courtesy people!!!
This gym lacks customer service, from the employees to the manager/owner. The owner needs to work on running a better business if they want to make it. I had a lot of issues from my food, to my account, to the service.
