Allendale Fit Body Boot Camp is the best! After years of trying different programs and workouts, I finally found the one that works best for me. They have flexible hours that work for almost any schedule. The trainers and staff are so supportive and hold me accountable every day - whether through checking in with me, offering meal plans and recipes or reminding me of my goals. I've never been one to enjoy working out and for the first time in my life I actually look forward to it. Thank you to everyone at Allendale FBBC!!
A great work out. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you are looking for something new to try out for a work out and like having a good support team, I would definitely recommend this place!!
