Been training with Patrick & his team for 8 years now Very happy with their personalized approach - especially taking into account my hectic schedule with lots of travel - we always find a way to schedule sessions in. My goals are modest - feeling good, keeping muscle mass as I'm getting older, increasing my energy level & having some fun whilst doing that. All goals being fully met ! I've been training with Tim and Patrick for over 2 years, and the last 6 months together with my wife. We have both have gotten stronger and fitter than we have been in a long time. Highly recommended to get you in shape, always look forward to the training on a Tuesday!
