World class! I am just thrilled! Great trainer! Great studio! For me there is simply nothing to complain about and I'm happy to be a member! The training plan is absolutely great and helps me achieve my goals. I thank you 😊

Administratively there is still a lot of room for improvement. The contract was only handed over after several reminders. Seems to happen more often (triple in my circle of friends alone) for deductions. I really like the studio itself, but there is something that I really miss. Exercise ball, balance trainer, TRX tapes and Co. These things are a matter of course in other studios and that's why I often train elsewhere (I'm Hansefitti, that's possible). A subjective thing: I feel that the average age of your trainers is a bit low (inexperienced). A mixture would be nice, but that might change. Inexperience is not what bothers me, but the lack of friendliness. A "hello" should be included for every guest, right? My training plan was consistent, but one exercise with a herniated disc (which I named) in the lumbar spine area was not exactly "hip". Since I have experience myself, I have reported that back. Drinks often empty is also a minus point. Do they all have a flat rate? It feels like all members use the drinks station. Or am I the only one who pays for it? What still bothered me are the inflationary offers with bottles here, bags there, towels there. I didn't get anything of the kind even though I was a member very early on. But never mind - you recognize me by the bottle from the competition! ;)
