I had a great experience training at GYM! The atmosphere is welcoming and never intimidating thanks to its smaller size and super friendly vibe. John (the trainer) is always encouraging and easy going. He goes out of his way to offer help—even if you’re not in a one-on-one session, he's happy to check your form or answer questions. Other members are just as friendly, so you never feel like you're working out alone. This gym does offer 24-hour access and the shower facilities—Highly recommend if you're looking for a supportive and approachable place to train!
I absolutely loved my experience with G.Y.M this summer. I mean seriously, everyone who attends the gym has a plan & get in & out with no time wasted. I love the people that I’ve made encounters with including the amazing trainers John & Damion. As an athlete, I love the flexibility to lift on my own or with minimal people blasting music & getting the vibe right. It’s truly something that everyone needs in their life. Shout out to the best G.Y. M
I found G.Y.M after a life-changing accident that severely impacted my ability to exercise. PT, OT, and various other treatments left me feeling hopeless about my progress. John entered the picture and helped me regain the confidence to work out again and rebuild my strength with customized workouts and personal coaching. John is a great coach who creates a supportive environment. Whether you're an experienced gym-goer or just starting to work out, this is a great place to pursue your goals.
I’ve been working out at G.Y.M. Get Yourself Moving LLC for a while now. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a community. The owner John Fisher is not only a great guy but also an incredible motivator. His passion for fitness and helping others is evident in every aspect of the gym. The equipment is top-notch, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the energy in the place keeps me pushing myself every day. Thanks to John I’ve stayed consistent and more committed to my fitness goals than ever before. On top of that he guided me in changing my diet, which made a huge difference in my progress. It’s not just about fitness, it’s a lifestyle makeover. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll feel supported and inspired, this is the place to be!
At 79, I felt the need to take steps to improve my strength and balance if I wanted to continue to be active, play golf, bike, and feel safe in my own home. Having not been to a gym before, I looked for personal training so that I could exercise with supervision and ensure that I was doing proper and safe activities. I found John at G.Y.M. and the experience has been great. I like John's training guidance as well as the relaxed friendly atmosphere of this smaller space. After 3 months, I can feel the increase in strength and significantly improved balance. I have also met some nice people. I encourage anyone, especially seniors, who would like to feel stronger and safer, to check out this gym. You will like the friendly, family feel, and you will feel better about yourself.
