Very good so much respect the trainers are very kind the gym is very organized they have everything
I've been to this Gym in 2023 and my experience there wasn't the best then. It felt cramped and small and I had trouble breathing because of the poor ventilation . This year, 2025, I returned and found that they expanded their facilities and I LOVE IT THERE. The coaches are nice and can handle their jobs pretty well. I love how they expanded their bathrooms and locker areas. I love how they added more cardio machines nd weightlifting machines. They now also have a snack bar with so many healthy snacks and drinks, but I still haven't bought anything from there yet. Their subscription prices were the same in 2025 as they were in 2023, which is honestly surprising considering the country's economic state. They also do lots of offers and deals, and their prices are pretty affordable. I felt uncomfortable here in 2023, but this year, this Gym feels like a safe space and the people here are very friendly as well. Probably the best Gym in Nasr City.
The only advantage is that the gym was affordable otherwise I would’ve never chosen it
I’m in Egypt for a few months too visit family & this is probably my worst gym experience in my life. I live in America where there is a clear difference of gyms. This gym has very unprofessional staff members at the front desk, inside the locker rooms & also the supposed “coaches” all they do is tell you vs. show you what to do, the correct form, and what muscle it targets. I went for the first few days and majority of the cardio machines did not work, they have a bicep machine that is not built properly. This gym never has paper towels after you wash your hands, they have a roll of toilet paper that everyone has to use. The gym is always extremely packed and the coaches are always in your space with their clients and it bothers your workout. I would not recommend this gym, I am sure Egypt has better ones with more professional staff.
This gym has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. They treat you well before payment, but once they have your money, the attitude completely changes , I will never step foot in this place again Also, the receptionist’s behavior is very unprofessional—seriously disappointing.
