Er vermittelt nicht nur die Techniken auf eine verständliche Weise, sondern er motiviert und unterstützt seine Teilnehmer auch stets, ihre Grenzen zu überschreiten. Martin schafft eine positive und energiegeladene Atmosphäre, die dazu beiträgt, dass jeder sein Bestes gibt. Seine Vielfalt an Übungen und sein Fokus auf Technik machen den Kurs sowohl für Anfänger als auch Fortgeschrittene geeignet. Wenn du nach einem CrossFit-Erlebnis suchst, das dich herausfordert und gleichzeitig Spaß macht, ist Martin definitiv die richtige Wahl! Ich kann seinen Kurs nur wärmstens empfehlen.
