Jamie with Real Results changed my and my husband's lives forever. This journey as a husband wife team (I was 59 and my husband 61 years old) being trained to change our eating habits has been very successful. We have each lost 60+ pounds and have maintained our weight 6+ months. I had been slender all of my life and had put on 60 pounds due to change in lifestyle and the pandemic.
