I am not happy with your services and find the experience very disappointing. 2stars is only for the sample collecting agent!! Zero for the customer support team. I booked health check-up packages for my entire family, including senior citizen packages with separate male and female options. Due to a typo made by the customer care executive, a male family member was incorrectly registered as female, which prevented sample collection and caused unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, since I booked three different packages for my family members, I was offered a good discount during the call and proceeded with the booking based on that assurance. However, when I made the payment after sample collection, the promised discount was not reflected. This does not appear to be a system glitch and is very disappointing. Overall, the service experience was poor, and I expect this issue to be addressed promptly!

Harrowing experience. My mother who so heart patient with artificial Valve had given her blood sample for PTINR, a crucial test to help he r modify the blood thinner dose. Despite multiple follow up on call, whatsapp they kept giving conflcting status and for over 30 hours report is delayed. They kept maintaining that it is above range and they are correlating causing further panic without substantiating the values. They also repeatedly asked for clinical history which provided on phone but after that they again went silent. They refuse to have the call addressed by lab or a doctor ... The same script being parroted over and over again without understanding seriousness. Easily the worst experience ever....nobody senior till now has bothered to understand and address. They might be convenient and affordable, but not worth your peace or your patients life. Strictly avoid

Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Redcliffe Labs Kolkata. Before booking the tests, I was repeatedly assured that a hard copy of the test reports would be delivered to my address. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the booking and payment. However, even after more than 6 days following sample collection and repeated follow ups with customer care, the hard copy was never delivered. This created a serious problem because my doctor specifically required a physical report and was not willing to rely solely on the soft copy. Despite multiple calls, emails, and repeated assurances from customer support that the report would be dispatched, no action was taken. The most frustrating part was the lack of accountability. Every customer care executive gave commitments, but none were fulfilled. As a customer, I had to spend unnecessary time chasing updates instead of focusing on medical consultation. I would strongly advise prospective customers to obtain written confirmation of any service commitments before making payment. Based on my experience, the post sale support, report delivery process, and customer service response were highly unsatisfactory. I expected a professional diagnostic service but unfortunately experienced delays, broken promises, and poor customer support throughout the process. Very disappointing experience. ☆☆☆☆☆
