I am so glad I joined! With the great advice from the guys, Tas & Rick, I am getting fitter and stronger than I've ever been. Very reasonably priced - so I go there at least 3 times a week to focus on strength training, and work on my cardio training elsewhere. There's a diverse group of people that workout there, so being female I don't at all feel intimidated like I have in other gyms before.

Great gym. An wonderful and encouraging environment. For someone who had never set foot in a gym the guys made me feel comfortable and welcome. Tas and Rick are amazing and look after beginners and experienced lifters with great professionalism. Always happy to help out with coaching tips and programs. Excellent hours, heaps of friendly faces any time you go.
