I have been working with Stuart prior to getting pregnant for some time, and when I got pregnant last year starting working through a prenatal program with him and Kevin. After being cleared to go back to workout, Kevin has been an amazing trainer and support system during this post partum journey! They create a fun, supportive and comfortable environment no matter what your goals are. They really know their stuff and couldn’t get thru this new chapter with them! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
I have been with FX for almost 2 months now, and I have felt supported since the very beginning! The owner Stu is so kind, accommodating, and reassuring, having never done personal training I was very nervous to start but Stu was a fantastic introduction to the personal training space. Oscar and Miguel have been so fantastic each and every week, constantly pushing and motivating me to reach my goals. I have been able to make amazing progress in such a short amount of time and it’s all thanks to the fx circuit and their guidance and expertise! I couldn’t recommend their services enough if you are looking to become a better version of yourself.

And yes — he low-key looks like Lionel Messi from Argentina ⚽️, so that’s already a win 😂🔥. From day one, he’s believed in me even when life was life-ing. Not only is he my personal trainer, but honestly… he’s my low-key therapist too 🤣💪🏽. His calmness, discipline, and consistency are unmatched. Exercising has never been one of my favorite things to do but going to the FX Circuit has been by far the best experience that I could've asked for. It's a commitment and a true investment in my well being. Stuart, Juan, Oscar, and Kevin are all so different but each offer an incredible experience! The circuits are all customized and depending on the day you still feel it days after! It's an incredible feeling to not just feel it but to also see it! I love going and look forward to each session! I recommend the FX 1000 times over! Thank you for all you do!
Highly recommend!! I was really intimidated to start working out. I had no real experience with weight lifting and strengthening exercises. I came in for a consultation and Stu explained The FX Circuit's process. You work one-on-one with a coach and the gym is all yours during the session. You share with them your goals, what you're familiar with, want to learn, are intimidated by, and the coaches will guide you through it. During the session, you may start out with a quick cardio, then jump into one minute interval trainings. If something isn't working out they'll make adjustments to make sure you're comfortable and aren't over extending yourself. I've gained muscle, feel stronger, and I am more comfortable in a gym with all sorts of equipment. If you're curious, check it out. You won't regret it.
