I did 4 1:1 session in Yaninas beautiful studio while on holidays in Tenerife. All the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and really allowed me the opportunity to progress my practice further under their guidance. Can definitely recommend whole heartedly
Together with my husband we've been doing pilates at Yanina Ialorenzo Pilates many years now. I come from a 9to5 office job and he came with a years old badly healed fractures. Thanks to the way Yanina walks us through the different types of pilates and curates personalized training sessions for us, we´ve lost weight, greatly improved our mobility and overall health and shape. I appreciate the attention the whole team puts into their pilates classes, checking the posture, making sure the right muscles are being targeted during each workout and keeping the classes fun and fresh so it never gets boring! The classes strike the perfect balance of challenge and support, and I've improved so much with their guidance. The best personal training for pilates in Teneriffa. If you want reformer, tower, chair or mat. They are so professional and correct anything of you, work on your strength and weak points. I come back every holiday to work out with Yanina and Maria. Thank you so much!!!
