Ive been training here for 5+ years. Started when I was in my early 20’s. Never did weight training before in my life. So if you think you have to be fit to start - false. If you think you’ll just rock up and exercise - false. The crew care too much about you to let you be a wall flower. They will support you and educate you to make better health decisions and the community will encourage you to push your limits. I did the one on one intro course - money well spent!!! Additionally, The ox box has the talent for attracting nice people, so if youre shy like I was, you’ve got nothing to worry about.
I was over visiting Melbourne for a month and was keen to keep my fitness up while there. I found the Ox Box before I landed as I was keen to give crossfit ago too. I am so glad I found this gym. Not only did they welcome me for the month so kindly but thier training and attitude is suberb. Being so new to specific exercises they were patiant and help guide to be be better. The classes were so much fun - i enjoyed that each one where different. I will be back to this gym next time I am in australia.

Love the box, love the coaches, love the community. While there are so many points that I loved about the Ox Box, the most important one is that it appeals to people at every level. Having started as a beginner and worked myself up a little, I have trained alongside savage people and never have I felt lost in any movement thanks to the amazing coaches.
