Watching the airmen struggle on the equipment is bound to make you laugh everytime...

Clean and awesome staff. Best to go in the morning before it gets too croweded. Late afternoon it's always packed to capacity.

Pretty good equipment, but business hours are a joke.

Better than you'd expect and conveniently located on base.

Hours needs to be better, 8pm does not cut it. They should do a 24hr gym where you register to sign in and out after hours like other military gyms.
