Puregym Manchester Moston

I really enjoy attending the classes ran by Usman and Wayne. Both PT'S bring a great energy to the GLC and HIIT classes. The gym environment is spacious. Seems to have all the cardio and weight equipment needed to fulfill any fitness goals. Does get busy after 5pm and does attract alot of young gym goes but all in all a good gym to attend.

Recently signed back up, after many years of not going! Lots of upgrades have been made! Really nice gym kept very clean! Welcoming atmosphere, and helpful friendly staff. The only negative I have is the bicycle parking! I bike to the gym every time I go! Parking for bicycles is very small! Never had too big of an issue! But would like to see some more! The main issue though is there is no cover/shelter over the bike stands! Which sadly means when the "beautiful" Manchester weather comes out! And bike parked there is soaked! Not the greatest/nicest thing to ride home on after a lovely session in the gym! Installing a basic shelter/cover, would massively improve and solve this issue! Even a simple piece of plastic over the top would do! Would be fantastic if this could be considered! Doubt it would cost much either!

I like this gym because it's cheap and close to home. It has a decent supply of equipment and the staff seem friendly enough (although I've not worked with them). The main issue I have is the other patrons - the gym is always an absolute DUMP

I'm honestly disappointed with this gym. I understand that gym members can be messy sometimes, but when you run a large nationwide gym, there should be proper systems in place to keep the facility organized. At this branch, the weights and equipment are constantly disorganized. Dumbbells and plates are often left everywhere, making it difficult to find what you need and interrupting workouts. This seems less like a member issue and more like a lack of management and systems to keep things in order. A simple solution would be better organization and clear labeling. For example, racks and weight areas could have visible labels showing exactly where each weight should go. When people know where something belongs, they're much more likely to put it back correctly. Small improvements like this could make a big difference to the overall experience. It's gotten to the point where I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes to another gym just to have a better training environment. When you're paying for a membership, you expect a certain standard, and currently this location falls short. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the organization and systems in the gym.
