A member in August 2019: "Nice relaxed atmosphere. Pad work, partner work and stamina all covered. There's the opportunity to spar if you wish but no obligation. A good place to train whether you want to be a boxer or just get yourself into shape."

Two people, same month, both making the same point without prompting: sparring is available and optional.
That matters more than it sounds. Plenty of boxing gyms treat sparring as the price of admission, and the fear of being put in with someone who'll hurt you is exactly what keeps people out. Both reviewers say the choice is yours.
The second one also does the thing I trust most: he tried two other clubs first, then stayed here over two years. That's a comparison and a commitment, not a compliment. Everyone else on this page is rating this club against nothing.
The Review Worth the Whole Page
