Bin jetzt schon seit fast zwei Jahren hier Mitglied und es werden auf jeden Fall noch mehr. Man kümmert sich hier wirklich gut um Anfänger und man kann egal ob mit Vorwissen oder nicht mit einsteigen. Die Trainer sind kompetent und das Training ist echt toll gestaltet. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
Very professional. The training there is above all fun and suitable for both beginners and advanced learners. The trainers explain the technique in German and English. They take care of each member and correct them when they make mistakes in order to quickly go from a beginner to an advanced one. The hall is large and always well ventilated. The punching bags and kickboxing accessories are of very good quality. I can recommend the club. A very professional club. It is well suited for both beginners and professonials. The training unit is well divided between warm up, technical exercises first alone then with partner, a strength and stamina training and some sparring. The trainers explain everything in both German and English. They focus on each member and keep correcting him when doing a failure till he becomes a professional! The hall is big enough and always well ventilated. All equipments have a good quality. I highly recommend this club !!
I have been a member for 2 years, I am mega satisfied. Super professional GYM. You always have a contact person Chef traniner are very compentent, very friendly, clean, well-kept studio, good atmosphere, can only recommend it ........ 👍
Hi guys, ✌️ Very cool gym You feel good very quickly. The training units are varied and are constantly being optimized. You learn something about every training session, be it Mma, boxing, kickboxing and Bjj ...! The equipment is up to date and is very well maintained. Above all, a compliment to the organization from the owner and the rest of the coaches who do a very good job. Keep it up !!! 💪👍
