I’m new to Pilates, but Veronica was amazing. No judgement, but super honest and helpful during the class, and even challenged me at some points. Everything flowed, and I felt that I was able to follow along with some assistance here and there. Would book her class again.
First time and it was great slow smooth pace. Im not in shape and not flexible but this was a good stretch and workout arms are sore, abs sore and legs are feeling light… DEFINITELY coming back. Veronica was amazing ! This > hot yoga especially for beginners!

Beautiful studio with incredibly patient and skilled instructors! Veronica’s Beginner & Intermediate class is tailored to each person’s individual level and needs, with plenty of care and support throughout each class. All equipment is in pristine, perfectly clean condition and the vibe is comfortable and caring. Highly recommend!
V Pilates was so amazing. The instructor Veronica was so awesome in her instructions and care. I have herniated discs and she gave me alternate direction and helped when I needed it. She is clearly well versed and it was an amazing fun time with my girls. Definitely need to come again
