I had an amazing experience at VLCC Andheri! I got a Hydra Facial and the results were absolutely wonderful. My skin felt so clean, fresh, hydrated, and glowing right after the treatment. The entire experience was relaxing and very well done. I also had a head massage, which was incredibly relaxing and just what I needed! The staff were professional, polite, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend VLCC Andheri to anyone looking for some good self-care and pampering. I’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️✨

Extremely Unprofessional & Frustrating Experience with VLCC I genuinely regret choosing VLCC for my laser treatment package. Their service is extremely unprofessional once the payment is done. The laser appointment process itself is exhausting. The staff member responsible for laser sessions has to schedule appointments personally, but she almost never responds. Every single appointment requires 8–10 follow-ups through calls and messages just to get a confirmation. Even after finally getting an appointment, I’m often made to wait 30 minutes to over an hour at the centre with no regard for the customer’s time. !!The biggest issue has been my location transfer request from Mumbai to Bangalore. One of the main reasons I chose VLCC was because they claimed location flexibility would not be a problem. However, it has now been more than a month of constant follow-ups with customer support and there has still been no resolution. Emails go unanswered, complaints are ignored, and nobody takes ownership of the issue. The behaviour is very clear: they are extremely polite and attentive until you purchase the package, but once the deal is closed, the responsiveness and professionalism disappear completely. This has honestly been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would highly NOT recommend VLCC to anyone considering long-term packages or treatments that require ongoing support and coordination. If you value professionalism, responsiveness, and customer care, look elsewhere.
