This is my first time ever joining a program and having a trainer. This program & Emily has been the best possible fit for me. She is kind and understanding and pushes you without ever making you feel less than or judged. She is great at what she does and I am so happy that I picked her to start this journey of loving myself again. It has been 6 months and I can say that I have seen a change in myself and I love it. I feel better and more confident, especially when going to the gym. I am not afraid of going alone anymore!! I could have never done this on my own and I am so grateful to have a trainer like Emily to reassure me with any issues I have. I can’t wait for the end result!! 🤩 thank you soooo much Emily!! ❤️
Emily is seriously amazing. She isn't just attentive to her girls, but she actually CARES. She gives the time and day to make sure that you are meeting the goals that you want and adjusting to your need. She is the sweetest and understanding, but she is also holding you accountable too so that you meet your goals and exceed your expectations. She even is such an amazing example herself of what she can help accomplish in this journey of getting fit & fine 😉😜 But seriously.... don't walk, don't jog, BUT RUN to Emily! She's extremely professional, but also like a friend you can come to. Which gives me such a peace of mind when choosing her as my trainer. She's the last one to even judge you or make you feel judged. She is so genuine at heart and will listen to you to help you get to where you want to be. I began this amazing program with Emily over a year! It’s a life changing program, I’ve made the gym my second home. Emily up to this day sends encouraging messages and checks up on me! It’s been about a year since I’ve started with Emily and Fit N Fine, and it is the best decision I’ve ever made in my entire LIFE. I tried working out on my own but i was not getting any results and I knew I needed help, that’s when Emily came in the picture! I heard from a friend that she is awesome so I reached out and I can honestly say my friend was not wrong at all! She is the best! I feel so comfortable working out in a all female community! She personalized not only my workouts to get to my goals but my entire meal plan! I started at an unhealthy 100 lbs with very little muscle mass but now I am 130 with over 55lbs of muscle!!! I am beyond proud of myself and thankful to Emily and the entire Fit N Fine Community! My life is forever changed ! Thinking about getting fit and reaching your fitness goals or just want to be physically healthy, well look no further. I have always struggled to reach my fitness goals and was about to give up but then I came across Fit N Fine and it was a game changer. The support and encouragement I received along with the program helped me reach and surpass the goal I’ve struggled with for months. I was able to get fitness and nutrition advice, learned to monitor my calories intake and help build lean muscles. The trainer Emily is AWESOME, she is relentless some days I just got by with her energy alone she helped me push past my limits. Plus she cute too. I am honestly very grateful for her for helping reach my goal. I honestly can’t put my love for Fit N Fine in words, all I can say is try it out. You won’t be sorry
