Professor Arya Esfandmaz took the time to ensure that I had firm grasp of techniques being shown and his ability to teach was ever more evident by the talent level of his students. Can not wait to visit London again so I can get more excellent training at this gym.

The worst gym you can possibly go to. Most people that attend the gym. including the trainers are very hostile and weird. It's not a martial arts gym it's a place where drugged up meat heads go to get an ego boost. They also tied me up to a "contract" that i was not aware of. DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO AND TRAIN HERE!!!
