Good place to train and also amazing staff team.
I recently discovered this gym and am I very impressed with it. The staff members are exceptionally helpful, the facilities are vast, and there is an abundance of equipment available. I particularly enjoy the sauna area, as this is one of the few gyms that offers a comprehensive spa experience. However, the only drawback I have encountered is the unpleasant odor of urine in the showers within the spa area, which can be quite unbearable at times.
The gym is ok but has some annoying rules to follow, a bit odd for traditional gym. Can be very crowded at times
Unfortunately, the gym has poor ventilation, and the air feels stuffy, making it difficult to breathe. During my workout, my heart rate stayed above 150, even without doing strenuous exercises. Additionally, finding the shower area was challenging due to a lack of clear signs. I accidentally entered the wrong shower, which was uncomfortable and led to an awkward situation in the bathhouse area. So, in case, you think they just have a shower in the sauna, they’ll have additional in the changing rooms😅
The reception works very slowly and there’s only one person. The shower floors are really, really bad; I have to shower at home because they’re not clean. I leave my shampoo and shower gel on the floor because there’s no place to put them in the first two shower cabins. I only come for the sauna. The sauna is very good.
