Well-equipped, modern gym. It's clean and tidy. The price is reasonable (14 leva for a day pass). You can purchase a wide variety of healthy drinks (electrolytes, kombucha, coconut water, protein shakes, fresh coffee drinks, etc.). You can also purchase various fitness equipment and food. The only thing I have to complain about: It was a shame that only one of the four restrooms had toilet paper, even though it was only midday. It's also a shame that there's no hand paper either, just poorly functioning hand dryers. One employee (long dark blonde hair, slight bangs) was very, very friendly. But the employee after her (long black/dark brown hair) was unfortunately very unfriendly; she couldn't even say "hello."
I’ve been a member of this gym for a while, and overall I’m satisfied with the equipment and staff. However, the sauna in the men’s locker room has not been working for two weeks now. For many members, including myself, the sauna is an important part of recovery after workouts. It’s disappointing that the issue has not been resolved or clearly communicated to members. I hope the management addresses this problem as soon as possible and keeps members informed about the repair timeline.
Very nice gym, apart from the fact that they don't take any responsibility for your belongings. One day, I left all my things in the locker, but decided to leave my shoes under a bench (there were several other pairs of someone's shoes). Afterwards, I went to take a shower for three minutes, and when I came back, they were gone! As a result, I had to walk home barefoot, and it was winter! Worst experience ever tbh.
Today was the second time things get stolen while training. The reception was again entirely useless and rude.
Extremely RUDE lady on front door. I haven't seen her before so I'm guessing she was the wife of the owner based on her extremely rude attitude towards the customers. I would not give my money to such a place that does not appreciate or value in any way their customers!!! People and places like that make that country looks bad which is sad! Also it smells a lot as sweat inside especially when they are more people at the gym they do not have a good AC or ventilation installed!
