It's expensive for the quality of cleaning and up-keep they perform here. The Gym has a lot of equipment densely packed together, and would benefit from a beautiful panoramic view overlooking the water, if it wasnt for the rather thick layer of dirt and condensation that covers every window of the club. Clean the windows very thoroughly and it'd be a far nicer place to spend time.

Trying to join; to no avail. No one answers the phone, when we eventually spoke to someone they said the ‘office’ wasn’t open yet and to call back later - didn’t ask to take my details. My wife is a member and says the staff are not great and that it’s not very clean. Either DL is going downhill or the Brighton club needs better management. Was I an owner, I would be concerned at the reviews of this site.

I am on a 14 day trial thinking to join but my problem is the swimming pool is chut for the last two days the stuff they are not given a good explanation why not happy. We are in the summer and I think it be nice to have a Swimming pool

Really disappointing customer service and advertisement. I saw the two week trial for 16£ online and took a 30min detour from my commute home to be told ‘computer says no’. Apparently you have to ‘enquire online’ and cannot turn up in person to start the trial. I did not see this anywhere on their website or advertisement. The response of the staff was inflexible and just poor. I definitely won’t be wasting anymore of my time checking this gym out due to this poor customer service.
