Nat Maddox-Gnatz Pilates

I've been going to Nat's pilates classes twice a week since the start of this year. I'd talked through my reasons (a fancy holiday) and my health conditions with Nat beforehand and despite being in a class, each exercise feels tailored to me. She's worked me hard but to be seeing results within a month shows this lady knows exactly whats she's doing! If I'm tiring, she simply mouths 'bikini' at me and makes me do extra! I recommend her fun classes to all my friends.

Fantastic classes with a great instructor. Very laid-back approach, making you feel at ease whilst at the same time working you to the best of your ability! There are no worries about feeling body-conscious either, as everyone is made to feel comfortable and the classes have a light-hearted, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended 😁

Nat is friendly, highly knowledgeable and most importantly a lot of fun to be around. I always have to ask silly questions and Nat will take the time to explain and demonstrate stretches. I would highly recommend Nat for classes whether you are old young, pregnant, new mum or on a stag do. Thanks Nat! 😘 X
