Great little gym in Napa Valley. I was vacationing in Napa recently and stopped by for a quick workout. They had everything you need for a good workout and the staff was friendly. The gym was clean and the day pass cost reasonable.

Highly recommend. I needed a workout that fit into my day (1/2hr at lunch). Mike worked with me to come up with a great weekly set of exercises. Gym is not too crowded and people are friendly.

I've been a member here for years and consider this a key component of my health care. I've got back and neck problems, so the Gentle Yoga classes are perfect for me. The owner is usually on-site keeping an eye on things and greeting members by name. This place is a gem and we're so lucky to have it in our small town!

St. Helena Fitness is a clean, state-of-the-art gym with friendly management. I love going to Debbie's Strength and Tone class!
