Thanks to the wonderful instructor, I gave birth to two children in comfort because I knew what was happening and how to help myself manage the pain. I decided to give birth to my third little one. I go to yoga with Inga and feel very well cared for :}
I started yoga with Inga from the beginning of my pregnancy until the very end and I cannot advise and recommend more to all women who are currently pregnant or even without child to start up with Inga. It kept me in such good shape physically and mentally. It also helped towards a natural birth when the time came. Igna is so supportive and patient towards all her clients. I cannot wait to return to my classes with her again very soon.
