Great oldschool hardcore gym with everything needed for a good workout. The owner is super nice, there is a relaxed atmosphere and the place isn't too crowded. I will definitely go again next time I visit Dunedin!

Fantastic place with a strong positive community / attitude towards personal development, not just in muscle growth but also mental growth. Great advice, and friendly people, and a really nice sauna.

Trained here for a couple of days whilst passing through Dunedin. Great selection of equipment and weights, plenty of floor space for stretching and mobility work. Great vibe, relaxed and welcoming, plus loved the street art jungle decor! Good showers were an added bonus. Recommended.

I spent 3 weeks training at Propel Fitness. Hami (Owner) is one of the most approachable friendly people who sorted me out with 24 hr access. The gym itself has everything you need. Free weights, cables, rings, boxing bags, deadlift/squat racks, chalk etc (and even 2 giant speakers to blast and share your tunes) A weightlifting dream! I predominantly trained in the morning and there is such an amazing group of people I met. And in my 10+ years of training in gyms, this place has one of the best gym communities I've ever experienced. Can't wait to come back to Dunedin and train here again!
