Discovering Afterglo Pilates: A Journey to Authenticity After months of feeling discontented with gym-based Pilates classes, I finally found what I was searching for at Afterglo Pilates! I craved a more authentic experience that truly honours the classical forms, led by instructors who are not only well-trained but also passionate about preserving the integrity of Pilates. Since joining Afterglo, I've been attending classes 2-3 times a week, and I couldn't be happier! Each session feels genuinely enriching and has deepened my understanding and practice of Pilates. The sense of community is welcoming, and I’ve met so many wonderful fellow enthusiasts along the way. One of my favorite aspects of Afterglo is their fantastic membership program, which allows me to convert my classes into credits. This flexibility means I never have to miss a session I’ve already paid for! I’ve been attending this studio for a short while, but changes to my schedule mean I’ll have to try somewhere a bit closer to home going forward. That said, I really have enjoyed attending classes at this studio - the space itself is lovely and classes really enjoyable. My favourite instructors were Shae, Laura, and Aleisha. Thanks for the lovely space you’ve created and for a great welcome into trying reformer Pilates for the first time!
I really enjoy the classes. I hadn’t exercised for years. Now that I’ve started reformer Pilates, I’ve rediscovered the joy and motivation. I can really feel the positive difference it makes for me both physically and mentally. Thanks to the Afterglow team, you're all amazing bunch :)
I absolutely love Afterglo. I started reformer Pilates this year and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. The instructors are wonderful and the studio is incredibly welcoming. The equipment is excellent and I love the community I’m now a part of. Highly recommend.
