I have been having physio with Lindsay for few years now to maintain my body to cope with the extreme sports I do like Mountain Biking, long distance running & callisthenics. I would 100% recommend the treatment. Lindsay is very passionate about her clients and really cares!
Lindsay runs her classes in professional, yet friendly way. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow and she also gives options of different moves to cater to individual requirements. There are only 6 in each class, which means that lindsay is able to give each person guidance and feedback throughout the hour long slot. She quickly learns each person's individual requirements, aches and pains and so the class is tailored around these. We work hard, but have fun too - thank you, lindsay!!
A massive thank you to Lindsay for all her amazing work she's done with me over the past few months. I can't rate her professionalism and expertise highly enough. She takes time to do an in-depth assessment and each treatment is unique. Her positivity and encouragement really helps and she's such a nice friendly person too!! I've had great results and would 100% recommend her to anyone.
Can't recommend Lindsay’s Pilates classes enough! Classes are tailored to different abilities allowing you to complete exercises at a level that suits you. Classes are fun but challenging at the same time!! I attend every Monday morning and it really sets me up for the week. Lindsay is lovely, amazing and so passionate about her work.
The best Pilates classes I've been to small numbers per class allowing greater attention to each persons individual needs. Classes are geared towards helping all abilities from beginner to advanced. Lindsay is friendly, patient always happy to help and really enjoys teaching people and helping them to learn the art of Pilates and help them live a painfree lifestyle no matter what their age. I've gone from permanently being in pain everyday mainly in my back to now being able to do headstands and other crazy things completely pain free. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to improve their lifestyle and banish pain.
