A great gym for all, very mixed membership and very good value, fees include all classes too. There's a good range of both resistance machines and free weights, along with all the usual cardio. Nice spa area with sauna, steam and jacuzzi, pleasent changing room and showers with plenty of space. There's also a great range of hair, beauty and cosmetic professionals on site. Great staff, friendly, professional always available for advice. Not forgetting the free coffee!
A great gym, well equipped with supportive and exceptionally knowledgeable staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The range of classes on offer is varied and reviewed to respond to feedback. There are regular fun challenges throughout the year to motivate and have a laugh. I’ve been a member for five years now and it’s the best gym I’ve joined.
Worth the money, good customer service and great gym and spa. Love the refit, standards have improved and good colour scheme. Great atmosphere and excellent classes. Steve is brilliant and very knowledgeable. Helped me develop with Spinning and advice re muscle issues. Very satisfied
I forgot how much I disliked this gym. It was about 1.5yrs ago + now when I signed up and I felt as a bit of a gym newbie i was put in a corner to sign up with a joining fee (which I think are messed up anyway) and now knowing much more I wouldn’t make the same mistakes and feel pressurised. It was worded to me that I had 3 months paid as a set amount then I could choose to continue my membership or it’d end. It didn’t and Pinetree continued to take my money. I asked about this and got a bit of a snotty reply. It’s a relatively small gym so equipment often not free, regardless of how good it is. Much better gyms available at better prices with nicer atomsopheres and people. Only giving it 2 stars cos I did a class or two and the girl who ran them was lovely.
Bad awkward machines, unclear contracts that rip you off with a 50£ admin fee aswell. Read ALL the contract info before signing up or you’ll be stuck losing money on something from the fine print.
