Centrical gym really quite, with all new equipment, and really nice staff. There are plenty of classes, great personal trainners and the best are the padel and squash courts, and the inside and outside pool!! If you are in Barcelona no doubt about it! Best place for trainning!!
The place really nice and not too busy so you can work well. The staff is pretty cool. The bad point is the old structure, in summer you can die because there is almost no fresh air. Be careful also with your closes, yesterday someone stole my shoes under the seat in the clockroom.
Horrible customer service, they have charged me twice but only refunded me partially, I lost 50 euros for their mistake that they are still denying to rectify it. The gym is also old, dirty and really neglected. More then once I found insects in the locker walking on my clothes. I have tried to escalate, but they can only give you an email from which you never get an answer. Appalling, looks like dealing with a fraud in a third world country. You will also pay for swimming pool that every now and then is out of order as well as the steamroom. The gym floor is falling apart: I have seen broken mirrors not repaired for months as well as the actual floor. I gave 1 star because it was not possible to give 0
The worst customer services! I have been living in Barcelona for over a year, I have all the right documents, but at this gym i could not join my friend because im not from catalunya!! And the attitude they had about it was horrible! So if you want to take your friend here, make sure they are from catalunya! Never going here again
If you are a man you can easily train here but for clean ladies it's a no -no . I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a safe environment to train as is really dirty. the location of the gym is great but apart from that there's a lot to say , the gym smells pretty bad , and the towels, treadmills and machines in general are old and dirty. The women's changing room is scary ,the smell of mold and humidity could make you sick. I've never used the swimmingpool as the smell of chlorine is awful. the dir in Casp is new but the smells bad and it's unclean . Try metropolitan they are expensive but really clean and a better choice if you like a clean place to train .
