Great swimming experience with Coach Nelly. Its my first time in pool and at first i was scared to swim. But then i comfortable in water within few classes. All thanks to Coach Nelly, she is knowledgeable and fun, very focused in teaching. I would highly recommend.

The GYM is small and doesn't have so many equipment. We often have to wait for someone to finish their workout, so we can use their dumbbells because there is only 2 sets of dumbbells of the same weight. And the membership cost is about the same as big popular GYMs but the redeeming factor is the included personal trainer. Coach frank is very nice and creates a great encouraging environment in the GYM and is always smiling, happy to help, and pleasant to talk to.

The trainers are amazing and extremely knowledgeable, they keep pushing me way farther than I would do myself and they keep me motivated so far beyond that it's part of my daily routine now.
