As a Gym Owner and a competitive bodybuilder , i can tell , that this is a excellent Gym. The machines are mostly Panatta , plenty of accesories ... a very good organised Gym . It hace also ventilation and air condition, that is very important especially during Summer. I drive dayly 30 km during my vacantion, only to train here. Another advantage is that the Gym opens at 7 , also Saturday , that is very imprtant if you are in vacation. Mosts Gyms in Greece opens at 9 or 10...and if you choose to train in the motning...your whole day is ruined. Highly recomend !
The gym is well equiped and it's a good place to do your workout when you are on vacation. One thing to know is to bring your own towel. For the price of 5 euro a day it is a good gym!
Gym seems to have everything you need and the atmosphere is great. I'm here in Nea Moudania for 10 days and needed to run some sessions as I've enjoyed the Greece food a lot!. At 5€ a day to be able to train is gold. Really appreciate the facility , the management and the patrons seem to be cool. I definitely recommend this place and thanks for having me.
