Look at these before anything else, because they'll catch you out.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 08:30 to 22:00. Tuesday and Thursday: 09:00 to 12:30, then closed, then 16:00 to 22:00. Saturday: 15:00 to 18:00 only. Closed Sunday.
Three different patterns in one week. Tuesday and Thursday have a three and a half hour hole in the middle of the day. Saturday is three hours in the afternoon and nothing else.
If you train at 14:00 on a Thursday, the door is locked. If Saturday morning is your session, it doesn't exist here. That's the sort of detail people discover by standing outside, and it's the most useful thing this page can give you.
A Reviewer Says Women Are Treated Well
A member in November 2023: "The owner is professional and always on top of his clients. I've never found anything like this in the area! Also recommended for women because they are treated so well, unlike other gyms."
