I’m a long distance runner and I find Pilates helping me a lot with strengthening my other small muscles and good stretching after my run. I always do it with Pilates instructor Siri as she’s such an ultimate adviser when it comes to your injury from exercise. She’s good, tough and knowledgeable. Love it here :)

They always offer a variety of classes with top instructors/teachers at convenient timings and most importantly reasonably priced. Best of luck Dhayana Team!
