Bikram Yoga D15

I started in the studio probably a year and a half or so ago, it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made. While difficult and challenging it's also extremely rewarding in ways hard to explain. There has been rapid improvements in long term physical injuries I have been carrying and massive benefits in terms of stress and anxiety management. I've also noticed big improvements in the sports I enjoy. I really could not recommend this studio and this yoga practice highly enough. Anne-Marie has created an amazing studio with a really friendly atmosphere and really awesome teachers. If your considering this studio please try it. You won't regret it.
